The next AIR Diploma in Crystal and Energy Healing begins Spring 2027.
This takes place part-time over two years, and also includes a Subtle Energy Medicine Practitioner ™ qualification. This Practitioner training is a professional training accredited by the Federation of Subtle Energy Medicine (FSEM). All AIR Diploma Courses are taught by Rob Burlinson, AIR Founder. An external FSEM tutor also comes in to assess students at the end of the second year.
We are able to provide full accommodation for students travelling from within the UK and internationally as well as arrange pick ups/drop offs for them at Glasgow or Edinburgh airports or Stirling train station. Course focus
The main focus on the Diploma Course is learning about the vibrational qualities and power of crystals and of the various healing applications and techniques in which they can be used for the highest good of all. The Diploma course also includes a qualification as a Subtle Energy Medicine Practitioner™. This is because the Diploma encompasses a training in other tools that may be appropriate to use alongside the crystals, such as sound, flowers, and colour.
The main focus on the Diploma Course is learning about the vibrational qualities and power of crystals and of the various healing applications and techniques in which they can be used for the highest good of all. The Diploma course also includes a qualification as a Subtle Energy Medicine Practitioner™. This is because the Diploma encompasses a training in other tools that may be appropriate to use alongside the crystals, such as sound, flowers, and colour.
Subtle Anatomy and the different Subtle Energy Systems (chakras, the auric bodies, grid lines etc.) are studied in depth on the Diploma and students are taught how to channel higher energy safely into these systems for healing whilst utilising the crystals to shape, focus and harness this energy. Training with crystals in this way can create expanded awareness, as well as enhance intuitive abilities. There is an emphasis on the course on self-knowledge, spiritual growth and profound personal development. Students comment how they experience big life shifts for the better by doing the Diploma, and an individual's evolution is sped up.
A separate optional course module is also available during the Diploma- an exploration of the Astrological birth chart experientially using crystals, as well as how to work with crystals whilst Shamanic Journeying.

Each year this consists of five 3-day modules from a Friday to a Sunday (15 days per year) spaced roughy two months apart to allow time to integrate the energy, do practice sessions and home assignments etc. This adds up to over 190 hours of tutor led tuition in total. Classes are kept small in order to make sure each student receives individual attention and personal feedback from the Course tutor.
Year One Diploma dates beginning Spring 2027 are available during the enrolment process.

The Diploma takes place at our Scottish school in Strathyre, Callander, which is forty minutes north of Stirling. Students can stay with us full board whilst doing the training modules or as an external student. We are reachable by car (we have lots of free parking spaces), train or plane. If coming by train we are able to collect students from Stirilng train station. By plane, our nearest airports are Edinburgh and Glasgow International and we are able to collect students from here too.

Diploma Syllabus
Training given on the Diploma Course is to a high standard as well as being accessible and practical. AIR's intention is to allow its students to graduate with knowledge and integrity as well as full confidence in their proficiency and effectiveness as crystal and energy healers.
Assessment of students
The Diploma is an accredited course and for this reason in order to receive the AIR Diploma students must complete all course work to a required standard. Between each training module, there is course work set to check student's understanding and ability to integrate syllabus material, such as being able to demonstrate a particular crystal healing technique or to show experiential knowledge of the properties of a particular crystal. Course work includes project work, written assignments, case studies, and a research paper. There is also an observed healing at the end of Year Two.
