How to approach healing stuck patterns

We will be working with a small selection of crystals - you will be given more information on this on booking, as to what you may need nearby so you have them with you during the workshop.

 In the workshop we will be exploring how we can get stuck in patterns that can hold us back lifetime to lifetime and doing some inner work to help address these, both in the onine workshop and afterwards.  We will be looking at which crystals can help us to heal these patterns, as well as working with them during the workshop.  We will also be looking at Bach Flower Remedies that may help.

Please note this workshop is not about interpretation of a chart but healing the self using the birth chart as a tool.
Things can come to awareness and healing can happen - so please be aware working with the birth chart in this way may at times be profound.
