This takes place at our Scottish school in Strathyre with full board.

A magical weekend learning about the basics of how to work with crystals for self-heailng within the breathtaking and stunning Scottish Highlands. You will learn about crystals that can help protect and strengthen the energy field, those which can help ground and balance you, as well as to how to use a variety of crystals in every day life, such as to bring harmony to the home, to help focus and still the mind, and to help with stress.
Retreat Program
Retreat particpants arrive Friday afternoon onwards. They can explore the area and get comfortable. Dinner is at 7pm.
Retreat sessions begin Saturday morning, with what are crystals, how to choose them and clean them, and then in the afternoon working with some key crystals. There is a short session in the evening looking at crystals that can help with sleep and dreams. Sessions start again on the Sunday after breakfast looking at such things as grounding, and protective crystals and again in the afternoon looking at how to work with crystals in everday life.
There is time during the weekend also to go on walks exploring the forests and hills around us. This is a little weather dependent as to the best time for this over the weekend, so exact content of sessions can change a little to accommodate the Scottish climate!

Who can participate in the retreat?
The retreat is suitable for beginners. If you have done some prior work with crystals, this can be helpful though not essential.
