In this workshop retreat you will be exploring your birth chart for healing, helping to release old patterns to bring you more into alignment with who you really are. This workshop is experiential as well as 'taught'. The Zodiac is created on the floor, using glyphs of the planets and houses. Participants then step inside and experience for themselves the energies, dynamics and interactions of the Astrological signs, planets and houses. We will also be working with crystals, and sound for healing.
This retreat is unique. You will be learning about Astrology and your birth chart, whilst also exploring it experientialy for the purposes of healing, and working with crystals to help access and shift things energetically. All held within the beautiful and dramatic Highlands of Scotland. This is ideal for those who are on a path of self-development and wish to deepen their self-knowledge in a tranquil and stunning setting.

Exploration of the birth chart
The Zodiac, rather than being something remote on a piece of paper, or something taught by somone, instead becomes something alive, and fully accessible with all the senses. The exploration and awareness of every individual is unique but clients have variously reported a mixture of images, or specific memories coming to them, or feelings of like/dislike heat/cold, or of their own bodies being related to the house and planetary positions of a chart.
The overall approach is from a spiritual and life purpose perspective. The natal chart is the soul's blueprint which can be worked with to help heal deep stuck patterns. A chart is like a road map of why we are here, what we have been before, and what we hope to be in the future. It contains our strengths and weaknesses, as well as unconscious hidden aspects of ourselves that may be blocking our growth.

- Working with the birth chart individually and collectively for the purposes of healing
- What the planets, signs, houses of the Zodiac and the birth chart signify at a deeper level
- Spiritual journey from life to life as expressed through the Zodiac
- Meaning of the outer planets in relation to challenges and spiritual progress
- Releasing old patterns
- Working with the mineral kingdom to help heal aspects of the birth chart
- Looking at the nodal axis and aspects to this in relation to having clarity on your evolutionary path, life purpose, and what may be holding you back or helping you move forwards
- Looking at Chiron in relation to any wounds you may carry
- Looking at Saturn placements as a key to where you may be holding on to old fears or blockages that may need releasing
- The Moon and planetary aspects in relation to past lives
- Understanding why you have your Sun placement in this lifetime
- Looking at triggers in relation to stuck patterns and our birth chart

All food is vegetarian. We can cater for different dietary requirements such as gluten free, vegan etc. Please just let us know on booking. All food where possible is locally sourced (even from our own garden if in season!).
Breakfasts
These usually consist of options such as yoghurt, porridge, berries and nuts, toast/jam and a hot breakfast such as scrambled eggs, mushrooms, veggie sausage or veggie haggis etc.
Lunch
For lunch we usually have soup such as Garlic, chick pea and spinach, Fresh Tomato and lentil, Wild Mushroom, Carrot and Coriander etc.
Dinners
Some examples of dinners we serve are Thai Tofu Curry, Tempeh Kung Pao, Paneer Goulash, Vegetable Moussaka.
Teas, Coffees and herbal drinks, local oatcakes, biscuits, fruit and (if you are lucky!) our chef Milan's famous home-made whiskey shortbread are usually avaiable throughout the day.
