An opportunity to rest, reflect and go within. Our New Year's Retreat allows you to feel nurtured and looked after while having the space and time to do inner healing work to help you move forward with more awareness and purpose into the New Year.
You will be working with healing tools, such as crystals and some Astrology to help you release old patterns, and create new intentions for the New Year. During the retreat, you will be learning self-healing techniques to help clear the energy field and old patterns to make space for the new: |
- De-cording meditation to help you move on
- Working with subtle energy tools such as crystals and sound to help release old patterns
- Meditations to help heal and clear old patterns
- Self-healing techniques to ground, clear, and strengthen the energy field
As well as doing healing work for ourselves, we will also be offering planetary healing to the Earth for the New Year.
New Years Eve Hogmanay
There is an option on Tuesday 31st December to join in on local Hogmanay celebrations at the village hall to celebrate the New Year (this ticket is paid for separately to the retreat). Last year all participants went to this and had a lovely time!
There will be periods of free time and optional outdoor nature walks and hikes, as well as space for contemplation all held within the nurturing environment of the AIR school.
Getting to us
We are able to pick participants up and drop them off again from either Edinburgh or Glasgow International Airports or Stirling train station. This is usually a free service included in the retreat.
