An opportunity to rest, reflect and go within. We will be doing inner development work with the mineral kingdom and with other healing tools, in order to help let go of the old year and old patterns, and begin the new one with clearer intentions and more conscious awareness of our onward path.
During the retreat there will also be periods of silence and quiet meditation to support our work. As well as healing work on ourselves, we will also be offering planetary healing to the Earth. |
There will be periods of free time and optional outdoor nature walks and hikes, as well as space for contemplation all held within the nurturing environment of the AIR school.

The New Years Healing Retreat cost includes all programme content, 4 nights accommodation, full board and refreshments.

Single occupancy room £725 (£695 if course deposit paid by 31st October 2023)
Twin occupancy room £675 (£645 if course deposit paid by 31st October 2023)
