Join us for a 7-day magical exploration of crystals and healing in the breathtaking Scottish Highlands. You will be working with and learning about the mineral kingdom through led meditations, and healings, as well as work outdoors tuning in to nature in the surrounding forests and hills with the help of the crystals.
During this week, led by Rob Burlinson, who has previously taught crystal workshop weeks at the Findhorn Foundation, as well as learning the fundamentals and practical side to working with the mineral kingdom, you will experience how to respectfully attune to the crystals, the subtle realms, and to the intelligence behind nature. All crystals are provided in the workshop, with a wide selection available for you to experience their different energetic qualities. A group outing is included within the week's program, as well as periods of free time in which you can explore the beautiful area of mountains and lochs surrounding us. |

Location
The workshop retreat week is held at Creagan House, a very historic building, with the oldest part dating back to 1638. Creagan House is located in Strathyre, north of Callander, in central Scotland, in the Highlands and within the Trossachs National Park, and surrounded by forests, lochs and mountains.
Behind our retreat centre, there are walks and hikes straight into the hills, and forests with stunning views. There is a waterfall only a three-minute walk up behind the house. This waterfall flows down into a burn that runs right past Creagan House, and which we have seating by, so participants can enjoy the beauty of the large stream flowing by.
The famous Rob Roy way goes right past our centre at the back, just a short uphill walk away. The village of Strathyre is only a couple of minutes walk away, containing a post office and shop. If you have a car, there are lots of places to visit nearby, such as dramatic waterfalls, lochs and the popular Scottish small town of Callander.
We get a wide variety of birds visiting our garden, as well as frequent red squirrels, and often deer may be spotted on the hill and mountain walks. The area locally is known for its milky quartz and while here you could hike the peak opposite: 'Ben Shian' (which translates as 'the fairy hill').

Reviews of Creagan House Retreats
Julia
It was beyond valuable, this week. The quality of the teaching, the way in which we were included in the process and encouraged to particpate without holding back was just beautifully created. I didn't expect to be able to immerse myself in crystals and didn't realise how incredible and powerful they are. I would highly recommend this place and Rob and Milan who hold the space. |

The week has been so much more than crystals. It has taken me on an amazing journey with beautiful people, who have shared so many experiences of happy times and sad times. All thanks to Rob and his amazing knowledge, empathy, and understanding. Also thanks to Milan for his wonderful, tasty food and smile. Huda Excellent week. Enjoyed every minute of my stay. Learnt a lot. Great hosts and a wealth of crystal knowledge. I am 100% happy I made it here and hope to return one day. The food was amazing. Wendy The AstroCrystal Workshop was an extraordinary experience. By stepping into my birth chart, energetic blockages became clear and with Rob's guidance and the help of crystals I was able to release them to bring me back to an equilibrium. I found the Light within me once again. Ellen HIghly Recommend. Life in general made me want to go on a retreat. I chose this retreat because of the setting, the offer of astrology and crystals, the teacher, all-inclusive. More than 2/3 days. After the retreat I felt peace, clarity, support, understanding. Rob and Milan were so accommodating. They have such a wonderful programme. The care and support offered to the group and as individuals were amazing. Wonderful people, place, and experience. Cindy Perfect place, perfect timing, perfect subject! I am able to distinguish subtle shifts of energy within my body when working with different crystals. Fiona Amazing Crystals, Forests, Food and good company to be had here :) I needed a short break so I came across this retreat in Scotland on BookRetreats. I chose this retreat as although I love crystals I had little knowledge of the crystal kingdom so for me it was a chance to learn more about the whole spectrum of crystals. I learned loads and Rob was a fountain of knowledge for the whole crystal world, the classes were fun unlike the normal classroom concept he kept it fun and entertaining. The location was perfect with spectacular views, the accommodation was spotless and homely, the woodlands behind the house were magical, the host was brilliant and the chef was cooking up amazing veggie food. Gail Amazing Crystal Experience I have worked with crystals for over a decade and I wanted to learn more in a group teaching environment. I loved the detail of the course content written in the outline of the course and felt it would cover more than I could do on my own. The retreat gave me an opportunity to unwind, not think about all the other parts of my life, and truly relax so I could learn about the crystals I was using. The retreat allowed me to focus because crystals was the main topic of the teaching every single day. There was also a lot of guided meditation which helped me to finely tune my spiritual connection. The experiential exercises allowed me to more deeply integrate and experience the power of the crystals I was using. I learned so much that I know will be reading my notes for months to come. Rob is a wealth of information and the location is ideal for this kind of work. The retreat is truly a one of a kind and I'm so glad I went. I would like to return again to learn more. |

I spent 5 days on the Astro Crystal workshop, and it was transformational. The workshop was experiential, so I literally felt the quality of the energy in each part of my birth chart. I went through the planets in my birth chart, released blockages and healed the energy at a very deep level. During the process Robert held the space with wisdom and humour. Creagan House is in the Scottish Highlands. It is a comfortable and deeply nurturing space with log fires, beautiful scenery and delicious, locally sourced, nourishing food. Perfect. Matthew My first Retreat. I attended the 5-day Healing New Year’s Retreat at Creagan House in Callander, Scotland to enter 2024 rested and recharged. Rob hosted the retreat and I found him to be approachable, engaging, and witty. He accommodated unanticipated changes to my arrival and proved to be an excellent communicator via email. Rob was supported by Milan, who cooked vegetarian meals throughout the retreat. Creagan House is nestled in the mountains and the weather changed often. I experienced a variety of weather during my relatively brief visit: snow, fog, drizzle, and sun. I saw a rainbow too which was a very special moment for me. I went into the retreat with an open mind. I bonded with other participants who also sought to make personal changes going into the New Year. Now I have a better understanding of the healing aspects of crystals and astrology. I left the retreat with new techniques, such as cord-cutting, affirmations, and meditation. I recently returned home and I am putting what I learned into practice. I highly recommend this retreat! VKT Beautiful and healing experience I needed a restorative break to clear my mind and practice some self-care after going through some significant life events over the past year. I loved the location and the length of the retreat, as I thought a week would be the right amount of time to properly relax and make the most of it. I was also drawn to the prospect of learning something new and have a structured retreat where all the basics (food, accommodation, timetable, etc.) were catered for. I came away feeling very refreshed and with more knowledge and techniques for self-care that I had arrived with. I made the acquaintance of some very inspiring and wonderful people and had the added bonus of daily laughter and new experiences. The whole experience exceeded all my expectations. The hosts for this retreat were truly wonderful. Rob combined immense knowledge with a warm and approachable delivery. Milan made sure everyone was comfortable and provided delicious and healthy food, even on our nature trek. I felt really relaxed and at home in this beautiful house. My room was lovely and the grounds and beyond were also amazing. Fran I now feel like I have found purpose again in life. I was feeling out of control and needed to find purpose again. I liked the length of the course. I loved that it was in Scotland and wanted to learn more about astrology and crystals and find ways to deal with situations in everyday life and try and understand what was happening. I learned to believe more in my intuition. I learned amazing techniques to ground myself. I also have decided to do their Crystal healing diploma course. This really is a life changing retreat! The way Rob teaches the course through experiential classes is incredible. You learn so much about yourself. The location is magical!!! And you really are well cared for and a great way to meet like minded people. I would highly recommend this to anyone from all walks of life |
