Summary

Join us for a unique and profound healing week in the beautiful Scottish Highlands in which we will be working with different aspects of sound for healing. We will be using various sound tools such as Tibetan bowls, ting-shas, rattles, drums, and the human voice, for the purposes of learning how to work with them and also to clear, strengthen and heal the human energy field.
We will also be working with sound in combination with crystals for healing, as well as using mantras, affirmations and toning for healing. We will also be using silence in combination with sound.
During the retreat there are also periods of free time as well as an outing in which you can explore the beautiful area of mountains and lochs surrounding us. There are lots of forest walks and hikes to take. We also have our own waterfall only a few minutes walk up the hill behind the house. The area around where we live is known locally as a place where the 'veils are thin', and the peak opposite us is known as 'Ben Shian' (which translates as 'the fairy hill').

Where possible produce is locally sourced, some is home grown (depending on the season) and where possible organic.

HIghly Recommend. Life in general made me want to go on a retreat. I chose this retreat because of the setting, the offer of astrology and crystals, the teacher, all-inclusive. More than 2/3 days. After the retreat I felt peace, clarity, support, understanding. Rob and Milan were so accommodating. They have such a wonderful programme. The care and support offered to the group and as individuals were amazing. Wonderful people, place, and experience. Fiona Amazing Crystals, Forests, Food and good company to be had here :) I needed a short break so I came across this retreat in Scotland on BookRetreats. I chose this retreat as although I love crystals I had little knowledge of the crystal kingdom so for me it was a chance to learn more about the whole spectrum of crystals. I learned loads and Rob was a fountain of knowledge for the whole crystal world, the classes were fun unlike the normal classroom concept he kept it fun and entertaining. The location was perfect with spectacular views, the accommodation was spotless and homely, the woodlands behind the house were magical, the host was brilliant and the chef was cooking up amazing veggie food. Choral and Brenda I needed shelter for a while away from everyday pressures. I think this retreat chose me. It was very peaceful in such a beautiful part of this country and it allowed me to disconnect from the outside world for a bit. I also thought that having just five fellow retreaters was the perfect number, allowing us all to achieve a closeness and trust that might not have been possible in a bigger group. An awe-inspiring experience. Beautiful people and a beautiful place. Sense of peace and rejuvenation on returning. Would highly recommend to all future travellers seeking refuge from this mad world for a short while. Rob and Milan, the retreat hosts, were exceptional and welcomed us all like we were all lost family. The food was amazing, and nothing was any trouble, so well done, and a big thank you to you both. Marianne I needed guidance on future undertakings. am very interested in astrology and crystals. It offered clear ideas about spiritual development. I liked EVERYTHING, but I was most impressed with our facilitator and cook, who were very genuine and empathetic human beings. I felt nourished mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I have a clearer idea of what I want to do in the future and how to go about it. This retreat is highly recommended. |

Beautiful and healing experience I needed a restorative break to clear my mind and practice some self-care after going through some significant life events over the past year. I loved the location and the length of the retreat, as I thought a week would be the right amount of time to properly relax and make the most of it. I was also drawn to the prospect of learning something new and have a structured retreat where all the basics (food, accommodation, timetable, etc.) were catered for. I came away feeling very refreshed and with more knowledge and techniques for self-care that I had arrived with. I made the acquaintance of some very inspiring and wonderful people and had the added bonus of daily laughter and new experiences. The whole experience exceeded all my expectations. The hosts for this retreat were truly wonderful. Rob combined immense knowledge with a warm and approachable delivery. Milan made sure everyone was comfortable and provided delicious and healthy food, even on our nature trek. I felt really relaxed and at home in this beautiful house. My room was lovely and the grounds and beyond were also amazing. Gail Amazing Crystal Experience I have worked with crystals for over a decade and I wanted to learn more in a group teaching environment. I loved the detail of the course content written in the outline of the course and felt it would cover more than I could do on my own. The retreat gave me an opportunity to unwind, not think about all the other parts of my life, and truly relax so I could learn about the crystals I was using. The retreat allowed me to focus because crystals was the main topic of the teaching every single day. There was also a lot of guided meditation which helped me to finely tune my spiritual connection. The experiential exercises allowed me to more deeply integrate and experience the power of the crystals I was using. I learned so much that I know will be reading my notes for months to come. Rob is a wealth of information and the location is ideal for this kind of work. The retreat is truly a one of a kind and I'm so glad I went. I would like to return again to learn more. Eva This retreat was truly transformative. I connected with a wonderful group of like-minded individuals, fostered a deep appreciation for Scotland's beauty, and gained a foundational understanding of using crystals for healing. Most importantly, I learned how to interpret my birth chart and understand the influence of different planets on my personality. The experience even sparked a new business idea I'm eager to explore! Rob and Milan, the hosts, were truly exceptional. Their care, genuineness, and authenticity created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Rob's teaching and group facilitation skills were truly impressive, while Milan's home-cooked meals were a culinary delight. |
