Grounding and Protection are two of the fundamental essentials of looking after yourself and keeping yourself healthy energetically.   In this workshop we will explore the various crystals and Bach Remedies that can help with grounding and protection, as well as exploring visualisations and practical guidance that can also also help to earth and strengthen the human energy field.
