Bloodstone (Green Jasper/Heliotrope) tumbles
Jaspers, to which Bloodstone belongs to, are a type of opaque Chalcedony quartz.
This is a lovely understated crystal that has a very supportive energy. It is dark green and usually has red spots.
Weight: 5 to 8 grms approx. Size small to medium. 15 to 20 mms approx.
Energetic Properties This has a medium grounding energy with a friendly energy. It also has absorbing qualities. It has a supportive feel and helps us to slow down. It has a quieter energy than red jasper. It can also help us feel centered and more balanced. Because it is green it also relates to nature.
Where to use in the Energy field This is a grounding stone best used either at the feet for anchoring or on the base chakra.

Storing with other crystals - Bloodstone is 6.5 to 7 on the Mohs scale, and is a variety of quartz, so fine to carry or put with your other quartz crystals as they won't scratch each other.
Cleansing - Bloodstone is fine under running water and in the sunlight.
Other cleansing techniques safe for all crystals are using sage or sound to cleanse.
