In this presentation I will be explaining what crystal healing is, and how crystals can be used within the human energy field to help bring the physical body back into balance. Also, how crystals can help us evolve spiritually and can support us in our ongoing development.
The talk will include what crystals are, how to choose and cleanse them, and how working with crystals can help ‘earth’, strengthen and protect our energy field and go over which are the some of the key crystals to help us do this. There will also be sensing exercises with crystals and I’ll be explaining some of the many way in which crystals can be used to benefit us in daily life.
